This exceptional 18ct gold ring is bezel set with a huge central solid opal. The fiery opal measures 30 mm x 20 mm, totaling approximately 30 carats. The opal is predominantly blue and purplish grey with flashes of turquoise, blue and green. Flanked by a round 5 mm pink spinel cabochon to each shoulder. With tapered shoulders and a plain shank. The gold is a warm rose-tinted yellow in colour. A beautiful and substantial bespoke made ring.
