Once an order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email and
further details about shipping, timings and tracking details.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any
reason you are very welcome to return the item within 30 days for a full refund, provided the
following conditions are met:

intention to return prior to posting so that we make sure the refund is
processed correctly.

The item must be in the condition it was received, and returned in the original jewellery box/pouch.

International refunds must ensure the package is labelled as UK RETURNED on customs forms to avoid additional charges. Any import fees incurred by Vintique Jewellery due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customers refund.
