Dating to the c.1920s, this gorgeous 14ct gold embossed leaf bracelet carries a repeating pattern of alternating leaves and four-petal flowers. Beautifully linked together by an interlinking chain and finished with a large bolt clasp. The delicate leaves and flowers make a visually pleasing contrast to the chunkier openwork chain. This piece falls under the aesthetic movement of Jugendstil jewellery. Jugendstil, which spanned the end of the 19th century and early 20th century, was a German and Austrian art movement and part of the broader Art Nouveau era. Emphasis was made on beautiful organic, flowing, and nature-inspired designs as well as fine, handcrafted quality. This 14ct gold bracelet has been exquisitely made and is a wonderful example of aesthetic jewellery. Please note the box shown is for demonstration purposes.
