An aesthetically designed 22ct gold winged scarab beetle brooch. Set with a central hand carved beetle, flanked by gorgeously out stretched wings. The bluish black hard stone beetle is rustically detailed, creating an ancient feel, and juxtaposed against the warmth of the rich high carat gold. It glistens beautifully in the light. You can feel the love and care used to make this piece. With a hinged pin and trombone catch fitting to the reverse.
