An exceptionally fine pair of 18ct gold ruby hoop earrings by Dower and Hall, London. Each earring is designed as a linked series of collet set rubies, in a half hoop, with posts and butterfly scroll fittings. Each earring has 5 x 4point excellent quality rubies, totaling 0.4carats for both earrings. The rubies are of very good colour and clarity, which contrast beautifully against the matt gold surface.
