An aesthetic antique jewel, beautifully made with late Victorian jewellery components to create a fringe necklace. This bespoke piece has been lovingly created with thirteen individual moonstone trefoil drops and a 9ct gold rose gold facetted belcher chain with barrel clasp. The suspended moonstones have lovely movement and catch the light beautifully. Gently shimmering, they display gorgeous blue adularescence. This ethereal sheen appears to ripple across the gemstone’s surface. The moonstones are set in sterling grade silver and each trefoil drop measures 9 mm x 9 mm. These date to the c. 1880s.
