Dating to the end of the 19th century, c.1880s, this beautiful 15ct gold piece fits neatly into the Victorian era. Designed as a marquise shaped panel, set with sweet emeralds and pearls and finely decorated with bead and wire work. Aesthetically, this gorgeous pendant nods to Etruscan influences and falls under the Victorian Etruscan Revival period. A very pretty example of antique English jewellery.
