This exceptional contemporary 9ct gold pendant charm has been lovingly bespoke made. The design of this elegantly formed gloved hand, delicately clasping a gemstone, has been taken directly from a Georgian jewel dating to the early 19th century, c.1830s. Antique gloved hand jewellery is rare to find. After careful planning and working closely with British goldsmith T. Leyland, an aesthetic collection of five individual pendants has been made, each piece set with a different colourful stone. Here we have a beautifully saturated and vibrant reddish orange sapphire, weighing 0.34 carats. The rich and warm hue compliments the softness of the gold and adds a burst of colour to this gorgeous piece. Please note the chain and box shown are for demonstration purposes only.
