A fine 9ct gold ring designed as a opal cluster in the Victorian manner. Claw set with a central 7 mm x 5 mm oval opal. Surrounded by 10 x 6 point round opal cabochons. The opals have a very good colour play and show flashes of orange, red, blue, green and some purple. With fleur de lis style shoulders and a plain shank. Ring face measures 10 mm x 12 mm.
